We ordered this clock and it arrived on time. It was carefully packaged and appears well made. We l-o-v-e it! The cuckoo echo is adorable and the music is pleasantly charming, playing at a volume that is not intrusively loud. Attention to design detail, construction, and manufacturing are exceptional. This one DOES have a switch on the side where the music and cuckoo can be turned off manually. It also has an option on the switch to let the cuckoo sound without the music. It has a sensor which auto offs music/cuckoo at night.You can adjust the length of the weights. This one is a nice large size and not small like some we looked at. We recommend it and would buy it for anyone as a gift.
