First: It's heavy. Really really heavy. Close to 120 pounds.Second: It's quite lovely.Third: No cross braces, so while it is sturdy, it also wobbles alarmingly.I love this loft; it's effectively doubled the space in my bedroom, since I moved my computers beneath it. The desk and shelves are well-designed. Putting it together can be done by one person; it took a few hours, but I was able to do it easily without help (a lot of loft designs are a 2-person assembly job, and they mean it).The only thing I have against it is the rather alarming degree to which it wobbles, as all the structural elements meet at 90 degrees without crossbraces. It would be simple and cheap to add corner braces, and would stiffen it tremendously; I'm actually planning to do that. In the meantime, I'm careful not to do anything particularly vigorous atop it, since, well, my computers are beneath it.
